About Me
I’ve spent more than two decades working hands-on in supply chain, planning, logistics, manufacturing and Lean improvement. From stabilising failing operations to leading high-performing supply chain teams, I’ve worked end-to-end across FMCG, manufacturing, distribution and multi-site environments.
After years of seeing how SMEs struggle with capacity, supplier challenges, rising costs, and operational bottlenecks, I founded Enabled Solutions Ltd to offer something different: flexible, practical, senior-level support without the long contracts or consulting overhead.
Today, I help businesses unlock efficiency, strengthen supply chains, develop their teams, and deliver measurable results - all on a fractional, interim, or project basis that fits their needs and budget.
